My name is Dr. Samuel Helm. I was born in Florida but spent most of life in southern Indiana. I attended Ball State University where I played division 1 football for 4 years. I then graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry receiving my D.D.S. As a health care provider, I want to provide exceptional care for my patients, striving to create an environment that helps people love build a love for the dentist. In my free time I love to golf, snowboard, take my dog Charlie for hikes and try to new restaurants.
