Are you waking up with sore jaws, headaches, or sensitive teeth?
Stress-induced teeth grinding (bruxism) could be silently wreaking havoc on your oral health and sleep quality. Left unchecked, it can lead to:
-
Painful jaw tension and persistent headaches.
-
Worn-down enamel, causing sensitivity to hot and cold.
-
Risk of long-term dental damage, like cracked teeth or gum recession.

Types of Night Guards

Soft
Typically made from soft, flexible materials like ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA). Comfortable, good for mild bruxism (teeth grinding) and clenching. Less durable than hard night guards, and may wear down faster.

Hard
Constructed from rigid materials like acrylic or tough plastic. Highly durable, effective for severe bruxism and clenching, can provide good protection against tooth damage. Less comfortable than soft night guards, may be thicker and bulkier.

Dual-Laminate
(Hard-Soft)
A combination of a soft inner layer for comfort and a hard outer layer for durability. Provides both comfort and durability, suitable for moderate to severe bruxism. Can be more expensive and may be less comfortable for individuals with sensitive teeth or gums.
