I studied dentistry at the Medical University of South Carolina in sunny Charleston, SC, but have traded the beach for the mountains of Colorado. I enjoy any activity that gets me outside such as golf, fly fishing, hiking, and camping. I grew up working in a kitchen and love taking on challenging recipes as well as exploring restaurants in the surrounding area.
